Competition Rules

1.Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: name, valid e-mail address, postcode and age (if under 16).

2.Only one entry will be accepted per person.

3.The competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas players are not eligible.

4.If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering.

5.Deadline for receiving entries is 9pm on Saturday 31st March 2007 and the winner/s will be contacted directly by email.

6.The prizewinners will be selected from the entries, and contacted by the Project Managers. The Project Managers' decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winners will be contacted personally.

7.Prizes must be taken as offered. There are no cash alternatives.

8.The Project Managers do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

9.Players must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

10.This competition is not open to any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition (including Northsound1 employees), or their direct family members.

11.The Project Managers reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

12.Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this quiz.
13.This agreement is governed by the laws of Scotland.

14.This competition is promoted by Walking-the-Talk for ScienceSnaps.

15.We will not publish or provide your e-mail address to anyone. The competition requires you to supply us with your e-mail details, but we will only use this information for the purpose of this competition. It will NOT be used for any other purpose.

16.The ScienceSnaps team will use the information you provide, including that collected via ‘cookies’ (which tell us which of our web pages you visit and how you move around them) to run and improve this site.

17.Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant for the ScienceSnaps team to publicise the names of winners.
