I love steak. Aberdeen Angus especially. And it's good for me – lots of protein, minerals and vitamins – EXCEPT for its fat content. Beef contains fats that are high in saturated fatty acids. But I've got good news. The saturated fats are made in the cow's stomach, which contains a huge, gurgling fermentation vat as big as a barrel of beer.
