SCIENCE SNAPS

ABOUT THIS SITE

Contact Us/Registering an interest in Science Snaps

Sorry, you have missed the chance to register for ScienceSnaps. We have had a great response from people across the North East of Scotland and will shortly be announcing the successful participants for 2007.

Thanks for your interest in ScienceSnaps and don't forget to visit again to find out how we are getting on.

The ScienceSnaps Team.

Conditions of Participation

  • You live and/or work in the North East of Scotland (loosely defined on purpose!)
  • You work with science, medicine or engineering.

By this we mean that you must be able to demonstrate to us that you are serious about science (although not necessarily serious about life!). You may for example have a science or engineering degree, teach science, or use scientific/ engineering principles in your daily work. Your qualifications are not the only thing we are interested in and we may still be interested in you if you have no formal science qualifications.

  • You are prepared to attend the training sessions on script writing and podcasting.
  • You are willing and able to spend the necessary time to produce your podcast and radio broadcast by March 2007.

Copyright

All materials produced through the ScienceSnaps project will remain the authors' copyright. However, all participants will agree that these materials may be freely copied and distributed in any format without fee or other condition that is likely to restrict their distribution.
